Refund and Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation or withdrawal of candidature must be made in writing to Adaah. You can write to us on info@adaah.ca
Refunds arising from course withdrawal/deferment will be subjected to the following terms and conditions:
  • If the request for such cancellation is received more than 14 days before the allocation of the training kit for the course offered, a full refund will be made.
  • If the request for such cancellation is received within 14 days of the allocation of the training kit for the course offered, half the amount will be refunded.
  • However, if the refund request is received after the allocation of the training kit for the course offered NO refunds shall be made.
  • The refund shall be made to your bank account that you provide us on info@adaah.ca along with the cancelled cheque and a national ID card. Candidate is bound to cooperate with Adaah for any query that is made pursuant to the verification purposes for processing the refund.
On receipt of such a request, an email acknowledging the same will be sent to you at your registered email address which shall also mention the status of your request as either “Accepted”, “Denied” or “processing” for your reference.
